Online Yoga nidra
Experience the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of conscious relaxation. In this free session, you’ll be gently led through a body scan, breath awareness, and visualizations, allowing you to release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance.

Making yoga accessible
The classes are FREE so that more people can join and enjoy the benefits of the yoga. It’s also super important to be on time, it helps keep the class flowing smoothly and makes sure we can all get the most out of our time together
